Giclee Art Prints

Giclee art prints are made without any screen or mechanical devices and have no visible dot screen pattern. They have all the tonalities and hues of the original painting. A giclee (pronounced Gee’clay) is a French word meaning to spray or squirt, and refers to the specialized printer necessary for giclee prints. These printers use light fast inks and can print on a variety of papers, including canvas. I print on canvas so that my paintings are as close to the original as possible in not only color but in texture as well. Canvas prints are also more durable than paper prints. They also roll without creasing for shipment.
